ReBuild Ukraine is one of the key international platforms dedicated to reconstruction, investment, and technological solutions for Ukraine.
For us, it became the perfect stage to introduce National ConTech Cluster to the world for the first time — because our mission is inseparable from the country’s rebuilding process.
Ukraine already has companies, experts, and technologies capable of transforming how construction is managed. NCC was created to unite these efforts into a single ecosystem — and ReBuild Ukraine became the ideal place to present this vision publicly.
Here, we showcased not only what we stand for, but the role we are ready to play in reconstruction: building a collaborative space where innovative solutions are born.

Before ReBuild Ukraine, the NCC team, represented by Cluster leader Oleg Demydenko together with Kharkiv IT Cluster, took part in an online industry briefing with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. During the meeting, the Ministry provided detailed clarifications on the legal and operational framework of Diia.City for companies working in ConTech and BIM technologies.
These clarifications opened a clearer and more practical pathway for ConTech and BIM-focused businesses to join the Diia.City legal framework. Shortly after the meeting, the first BIM-specialized companies began joining Diia.City — an encouraging sign of new opportunities for the industry and a step toward building a stronger ConTech ecosystem.
